Cancellation Policy
I do ask that you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time. Without proper notice any deposit will not be refunded and a 20% cancellation fee will be charged. If a cancellation occurs on the same day of your appointment or in the case of a no show a fee of 50% of the full service cost will be charged.
A rescheduled appointment cannot be changed more than two times. After the second time a 20% fee of the service cost will be charged.
If you are running late that is okay, I understand things happen. Although if you are over 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule your appointment to another date.
